
Greater Noida, 26 September 2025 – The second day of the UP International Trade Show (UPITS 2025) witnessed an extraordinary surge in visitors, reflecting the growing industrial strength of Uttar Pradesh and the global recognition of the event.
A record 91,259 attendees flocked to the India Expo Centre & Mart, including 23,758 B2B (Business-to-Business) and 67,501 B2C (Business-to-Consumer) visitors. With 49,000 visitors on the first day, the two-day total reached an impressive 1,40,259 attendees.
The massive turnout highlighted the enthusiasm of both industry professionals and general audiences, who engaged actively with exhibitions, cultural programs, and business sessions.
Business Highlights
The India-Russia Business Dialogue Centre was a hub of activity, with over 85 companies participating and more than 240 B2B meetings conducted.
These interactions led to approximately 120 Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) being signed, with an estimated total value of $5.6 million USD.
In addition, the second day featured thematic sessions hosted by the MSME, Urban Development, IT & Electronics, Agriculture, and Health Departments.
These sessions drew significant participation from students and young professionals. Over 2,000 youth engaged in business-oriented activities, while 362 students showcased their talent through quizzes, mime performances, and Model United Nations simulations.

At the session titled “MSME@2047 – Engine of a Developed India”, Union MSME Minister Jitan Ram Manjhi emphasized the need for more events like UPITS across India. He highlighted that such platforms provide opportunities for entrepreneurs and generate large-scale employment.
Meanwhile, UP MSME, Khadi & Village Industries Minister Rakesh Sachan assured entrepreneurs of the state government’s support, promising policy amendments wherever necessary. He added that India’s vision of becoming a $6 trillion economy cannot be achieved without the contribution and strength of the MSME sector.With record attendance, successful business dialogues, and captivating cultural programs, UPITS 2025 has set a new benchmark for trade shows in India, reinforcing Uttar Pradesh’s status as a hub of industrial growth and global trade collaboration.
